The project consisted of a consulting support and project management to prepare, consolidate and submit the VSAT License Application to Communications and Information Technology Commission of KSA.

Responsibilities:

• VSAT Services demand forecast for the purpose of network planning.
• Identify the company vision and objectives with respect to VSAT Services.
• Business Plan including a “5-year Business Plan justifying Financial Requirements and Projections.
• Marketing Plan including Sales, Promotion and Distribution supporting the proposed VSAT Services.
• A 5-year man-power plan including the gradual implementation of saudization objectives as required by Communication and Information Technology Commission.
