The project consisted of a consulting support and project management to prepare, consolidate and submit the Public Data Service License Application to Communications and Information Technology Commission of KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Insight on the Saudi Market (Existing Networks and Demographics).
• Data Service Demand forecast for the purpose of network planning.
• Identify the consortium vision and objectives with respect to Data Services.
• Review and finalize the technical solution provided by the consortium’s technical partners.
• Business Plan including a “5-year Business Plan justifying Financial Requirements and Projections.
• Marketing Plan including Sales, Promotion and Distribution supporting the proposed DATA Service.
• A 5-year man-power plan including the gradual implementation of saudization objectives as required by Communication and Information Technology Commission.
• A customer care plan showing the approach on how to ensure customer satisfaction.
